Registration open for summer school courses for 2017

 

SHREVEPORT, LA — Centenary College will offer courses in chemistry, literature, political science, and psychology during its 2017 summer term. Summer Session I runs from May 31 through June 23, while Summer Session II begins June 27 and concludes July 21.

Available courses include:

Session 1: May 31 - June 23, 2017

CHEM 105/115: Chemistry and Society with Lab
May be taken with or without the lab component.

ENGL 301S: Seminar in African American Literature, Art, and Music

FLNG 391: Sun, Sand and Sex in Caribbean Literature

PSC 103: Contemporary Issues in Public Policy

PSY 101: Introduction to Psychology

 

Session 2: June 27 - July 21, 2017

PSYCHOLOGY 304: Statistics for Behavioral Science
Prerequisite: MATH 104 or higher

Details for all courses are available on the Centenary website at centenary.edu/summer. Classes are open to all students, but students not currently enrolled at Centenary must fill out a summer school application found at centenary.edu/applynow.
