College-wide procedures are protocols that require cooperation or compliance by constituents related to more than one administrative division of the College and are set by the president’s cabinet. Divisions, offices and departments may establish and publish policies and procedures for the use of individuals within that single organizational unit at the discretion of that unit’s head administrator. No division, office or department policy or procedure will limit the authority of the Institutional Policy Manual.
