Bentley Sloane Alumni Award Nomination Form

The Bentley Sloane Alumni Award is presented annually to an alumna or alumnus of the Christian Leadership Center (formerly known as Church Careers) for professional achievement in a church-related vocation. The recipient is normally honored at the CLC Endorsement Service in Brown Chapel on Centenary's campus.
