Individual Membership: $396/yr. or $36/mo. plus $25 initial sign-up fee

Family Membership: $660/yr. or $60/mo. plus $50 initial sign-up

Membership Application Process
Apply via mail or in person! Submit completed Fitness Center Membership Application and Consent Form to Fitness Center staff or email them to dorr@centenary.edu. Upon application approval, membership cards and parking passes will be available at the Fitness Center front desk.
