For routine requests, submit a maintenance work request through our online request system. 

Regular service hours are Monday to Friday: 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. For service call 318.869.5286.

In an emergency needing immediate attention call the Facilities Office at office at 318.869.5286 or for after hour and weekend emergencies call DPS at 318.869.5000. Calls to DPS will be forwarded to on call staff as needed.

Centenary College Facilities Services is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe campus. From waste removal to  repairs and landscaping, their work is the first impression Centenary makes on a visitor.

For long-term projects, facilities staff will assist with assembling capital budget requests for projects outside the scope of the annual maintenance plan.
