Ladies soccer welcomes SCAC to Shreveport for conference tournament
Shreveport, LA - On the heels of its highest Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference finish (fourth) in team history, the Centenary Ladies soccer team (4-11-2) will kick off the ninth annual SCAC Women’s Soccer Tournament on November 3 at 1:00 p.m. as the fourth seed.
Centenary will play fifth-seeded Southwestern (3-12-1), who they beat for the first time in program history in September when sophomore Kyra Montes scored the golden goal in the 92nd minute.

The tournament features quarterfinals on Friday, November 3, semifinals on Saturday, November 4, and finals Sunday, November 5. Action all three days begins at 1:00 p.m.
If the Ladies win or tie and advance on penalty kicks, Centenary will take on #11 and top-seeded Trinity Saturday at 1:00 p.m. In the other quarterfinal game on Friday, Texas Lutheran will take on Austin College at 3:30 p.m. The winner advances to take on second-seeded Schreiner Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
