Tuesday, September 4, 2018 – Social Activity

Before recruitment begins, you will have the opportunity to meet current members of Centenary’s fraternities as well as other men going through the recruitment process. Take time on this night to ask questions about Greek Life at Centenary and meet as many people as possible.

 

Wednesday, September 5, 2018 – House Reveal

On this night, you will visit each fraternity house and learn more about the individual organizations. This night is a good chance to ask the different chapters what makes them unique. Following House Reveal, you will list which house or houses you would like to visit for Preference Events. You will be in each house for about 45 minutes.

 

Thursday, September 6, 2018 – Preference Round 1

Preference Events are your opportunity to spend more time with your top choice fraternities, but this time, you’ll be off campus. Fraternities will usually have games, activities, food, and more; the fraternities will let you know what you need to bring (if anything). Preference events are 4 hours long.

Saturday, September 8, 2018 – Bid Day

All potential new members will meet with IFC Executive Officers to receive a bid from a fraternity. It is rare for a potential new member who has fully participated in the recruitment process to not receive a bid.
