We all get the same 24 hours in a day. How will you spend yours to maximize your academic performance?
Learn to increase the quality of your study time. This workshop will explore the study cycle with an emphasis on focused study sessions.
Do you procrastinate? Is your motto, “Better late than never?” Do you wish you were more organized? Then this workshop is for you.
Most students experience some level of stress or anxiety related to academic work. Some anxiety is a natural response to one’s environment, but too much anxiety may cause physical and emotional distress and concentration difficulties. This workshop will provide some tips to tame and reframe your anxiety.
If you are a Centenary College student organization or faculty member and would like to schedule a workshop on Academic Success for a time other than what is listed on this page, please submit an online request form.
