All workshops will meet in the Centenary Room in Bynum Commons, the Gold Dome (Room 107), or the Student Resource Center (SRC) on the 2nd floor of Magale Library as noted.

Time Management

We all get the same 24 hours in a day. How will you spend yours to maximize your academic performance?

Learn to increase the quality of your study time. This workshop will explore the study cycle with an emphasis on focused study sessions.

Stress Management

Most students experience some level of stress or anxiety related to academic work. Some anxiety is a natural response to one’s environment, but too much anxiety may cause physical and emotional distress and concentration difficulties. This workshop will provide some tips to tame and reframe your anxiety.
